Q. I see Bone Pressed Erect Length being used as the standard for penis measuring. Is this because BPEL represents being "usable" length?
A. Bone Pressed Erect Length is considered one of the most consistent methods for measuring penis length gains. The difference between bone pressed and non-bone pressed is that with BP, you attempt to eliminate the fat pad from the equation.
Whether or not BPEL is usable depends on a couple of things. If one is measuring by pressing a measuring tool pressed firmly into the pubic base, this may give slightly more length than one would measure for sexual activity. Also, there's only so much one can compact a fat pad. If there's a very large fat pad, it can be expected that it'll interfere to some degree with taking advantage of the full potential length the subject can use.
Q. There are times when it's difficult for me to induce an erection for measuring length. Sometimes, it even stresses me out to have to measure! What can I do in those scenarios?
A. Being in the right frame of mind for optimal erect measuring is important. This may require you relax and incorporate Emotional Visualization exercises into your training even before you measure.
A good alternative to BPEL (Bone Pressed Erect Length) measuring is to measure Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch Length. This measure is accurate when used for gauging length, and in most cases will actually show a differential before ERECT measures- showing gains have been initiated.
Q. Can you tell me how to read the numbers on the 3-in-1 Pump? It looks different from what I'm used to seeing with other pumps.
A. The 3-in-1 Pump uses kiloPascals (kPa) to measure pressure. To compare, 1 kPa is equivalent to .295 inches of Mercury (Hg). If you're new to using the 3-in-1, you'll want to start with no more than 10 to 17 kPa, to test.
