Q. I don't always perform Erect Kegels at the end of my session due to time constraints. Is it OK to do them at other times, like while I'm in the bathroom? Is there a drawback to performing my Kegels separately?
A: A great regimen is designed in a way where each exercise cascades into the next one. Erect Kegels are excellent on their own, but when performed after having already stretched the tissues of the penis out with standard enlargement movements/practices, the Kegels in and of themselves become enlargement exercises.
All things considered, if you have to perform your Erect Kegels separately then while not optimal, it's definitely better than not performing them at all.
