Male Enhancement Q&As Vol.19

blood extender work urethral tears vibration Jan 30, 2025

Q. Sometimes when I'm using an extender for long periods of time, I get a small amount of blood coming out of my penis hole. Is this OK?

A.
This is likely a slight urethral tear due to excess pressure and/or time. While this issue is typically not serious, you should let your penis rest for a few days before resuming activities.

This is NOT a desirable side effect, and either you'll need to modify the wear of your device or alter the amount of time and tension you're using to stop this from recurring.

Q. I've heard it's good to use an ADS after hard extender work. Do you agree with this statement?

A.
Healing in the extended state is a great moderately advanced technique. It's known as the "2 Step Method", and the idea is that the tissue will begin to heal in the extended state.

Use the All Day Stretcher immediately after your extender work for best results.

Q. What is your opinion on switching to vibration type movements?

A.
Vibration has been proven to be very effective at "softening" the tissues. If you're going to add vibration to your training, it would be best for you to start almost as if you're a beginner. Cut the tension/weight by half, and revert to a starting level of time, to test.
