Q. I was doing well with extending, but now I'm using over 5 pounds of tension and my gains have slowed. What should I do?

A.
The big mistake that many make with male enhancement is to compare it to other forms of training. The penis isn't quite like bodybuilding- too much force can be worse for you than too little. You can actually toughen the penis- making it more difficult for you to get the elongation you want.

That being said, it would be helpful to know more about your particular case. Have you taken any breaks if you've been training for more than 6 weeks? What is your erection quality like?

Q. The 1.5 inch diameter cylinder is now too tight for my penis! I now need a larger diameter cylinder. Do you have any available?

A.
We do have a wide selection of various sized cylinders available- up to 2.5 inches in diameter and up to 12 inches in length. Please check out the following for our selection: Heavy Duty Penis Pump Cylinder

Q. Can you tell me more about the parts of the penis we're affecting when we train?

A.
There are two main structures we focus on when it comes to the tissue expansion part of penis enlargement: the suspensory ligament at the base of the penis, and the penile tunica.

The suspensory ligament anchors the penis to the pubic bone and is the main regulator of length. The penis tunica is a 1 to 3 layered structure which governs the expansion of the penis itself. Targeting this structure affects BOTH length and girth- as the tunica is a 3 dimensional structure.

It's best to think of the process as inducing increased expansion- as opposed to building new tissue as you would for activities like bodybuilding.
