Q. I have read different accounts on how to go about training. Some say I should go for length first, and then train for girth. What do you think of this theory?
A. There are many different training opinions. Some are valid, while others are based on guesswork or interpolation from other methods of training, like bodybuilding.
Going for length first can be effective if you wish to prioritize length over girth. If you're after both in equal measure, then train both length and girth in one session. The methods are complementary, and even when you perform what's considered a strictly length movement (like extender training), you'll still realize some girth- as the tunica of the penis expands in three dimensions.
Note- Devices like a 3-in-1 pump are great for developing length, girth, and erection quality simultaneously.
Q. I have difficulties getting an erection but still want to pursue penis enlargement. Should I start with extender training work or something like that first?
A. When assessing clients, an important stat used is Erection Quality (EQ- which is a combined measure of stamina and hardness). If a client's EQ is below satisfactory, then it's recommend they spend their time focusing on getting it to at least a satisfactory (not optimal) level first.
There are two main reasons for this:
1. Focusing solely on raising EQ will allow you to devote effort and recovery resources solely to wards EQ improvement.
2. Enlargement work with poor EQ can be unproductive of even detrimental, since the necessary level of tissue expansion for some exercise can be difficult to achieve, and recovery is poor as well.
Understanding the nature of why your EQ is poor is vitally important, If it's merely a question of a lack of conditioning then exercises like Kegels can be helpful. If there's a hormonal or organic issue, this would be the domain of a medical professional to assist you.
There's a very good exception to the above, and that's pumping. A pump will do it all, though if you have poor EQ you'll need to develop the conditioning to handle more intense sessions.

Q. What can I do to counter turtling? My penis sometimes retracts to where it goes into my body!
A. Penile turtling is not uncommon. If you have a high amount of body fat, your penis may be getting buried under the fat pad when unerect. Getting leaner is a good way to counter this, and the activities involved in weight loss can help to promote a better metabolism.
If you're experiencing true turtling, wearing a device like the All Day Stretcher or using a sleeve throughout the day can help to counter turtling. Improving your Erection Quality (EQ) with exercises like Kegels will also help.
