ANSWER: If you haven't performed any previous training then an extender should work well for you. That being said, we have clients who've trained before, made gains, and still progressed using the extender.

Does it matter if your cut or not?

ANSWER: As long as you can retract your foreskin, there should be no issue with your using an extender. Be sure to tape back the foreskin or use a sleeve to keep it in place, if needed.

Bundled stretching!!! Love this addition. I dont know of another extender that does this. Bundled is so good for this, great update

ANSWER: Bundling is a great way to add length AND GIRTH! If you're going to use it during your extender training, pleas err on the side of caution with time, tension, and the degree of twisting used.
